Relay365Multi-model API relay desk

Desk FAQ

The questions the desk hears most about wiring, billing and refunds, answered from the current rate table.

What is Relay365?

Relay365 is an independent third-party API relay: one key and one prepaid wallet reach 23 models across Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and other families. It suits developers and small teams who want every lane and rate on one table.

How do I connect Claude Code?

Set ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL to https://api.api365relay.com and ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN to your API key, then run claude. Claude Code must be version 2.1.285 or newer.

How do I connect Codex and Gemini CLI?

For Codex, set OPENAI_BASE_URL to https://api.api365relay.com/v1 and OPENAI_API_KEY to your API key. For Gemini CLI, set GOOGLE_GEMINI_BASE_URL to https://api.api365relay.com and GEMINI_API_KEY to your API key.

Which models work in which clients?

Claude models run only in the official Claude Code and Claude Desktop clients. Gemini models run on their native protocol through Gemini CLI. GPT, DeepSeek and the other models work in any OpenAI-compatible client or SDK, such as Cursor or the OpenAI SDK.

How am I charged?

You pay per token with no monthly fee: input, output, cache write and cache read each have their own rate, starting from $0.15 per million input tokens. Calls that fail upstream are not charged, and every charge shows up in your usage log.

How do top-ups and refunds work?

You top up a prepaid wallet from the dashboard and each call draws on that balance. Within 14 days of a top-up, unused balance can be refunded minus what was consumed and the payment channel's fees; referral and promotional credit cannot be refunded.

Does a new account get any credit?

Yes, every new account starts with $0.25 of credit, and signing up takes only a callsign and a password.

What happens to the content of my requests?

Relay365 keeps the text you send to models for 30 days to investigate faults and settle disputes, then deletes it automatically; system prompts and model replies are not kept. Only the keeper can view it, and while diagnosing a problem the keeper may briefly capture raw requests for one account, which stops by itself after a set number of requests.
