Relay365Multi-model API relay desk

Desk agreement & refund rules

Last revised: 2026-10-24

Clause 1 · What the desk does

Relay365 is a third-party API relay: it forwards your requests to upstream model providers and bills by token usage. Using the service means you accept this agreement.

Clause 2 · Accounts and line keys

A line key is as good as your account credentials, so keep it safe. Losses caused by a leaked, lent or shared key are borne by the account holder.

Clause 3 · Prepaid billing and top-ups

The service is prepaid. Wallet balance is a virtual credit used to pay for calls; it is not a cash deposit and earns no interest.

Clause 4 · Getting money back

Within 14 days of a top-up, unused balance can be refunded, minus what was consumed and the payment channel’s fees. Consumed credit and top-ups older than 14 days are not refundable. Credit from referral bounties or promotions cannot be refunded or cashed out (withdrawing referral bounty follows the payout rules). Send refund requests through the Contact page; we handle them within 3 business days.

Clause 5 · When lanes go quiet

We work to keep the service running but do not promise 100% availability. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream failures, network outages or similar events.

Clause 6 · Ground rules for use

The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Accounts that break this rule are switched off and their balance is not refunded.

Clause 7 · Model output and desk records

Model output is generated upstream and may be inaccurate; judge it before relying on it.

To investigate faults and settle disputes, the desk keeps the text you send to models (not system prompts and not model replies) for 30 days, after which it is deleted automatically; only the keeper can view it. While diagnosing a problem the keeper may briefly enable raw request capture for a single account, which switches itself off after a set number of requests.

Clause 8 · Revisions to these clauses

This agreement may be updated at any time; the version on this page is the one that applies.
